National changes that affect Idaho

  • The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge started July 1, 2026 with a $50 copay for eligible Part D enrollees and was extended through Dec 31, 2027; BALANCE will not launch in Medicare in 2027. Source
  • Indiana announced July 30, 2026 it will join BALANCE: manufacturers supply select GLP-1s at $245 per member per month (about $85 net state cost); eligibility and start date pending. Source
