About RxLineup

Choosing an online provider shouldn’t take a spreadsheet. We built one so you don’t have to.

Two friends preparing a vegetable and grain bowl in a bright kitchen

Online treatment multiplied fast, and so did the fine print. Two providers selling the same medication can charge very different prices, and the cheapest headline price often rises once your dose goes up or the first-month discount ends. RxLineup compares licensed online providers with the real numbers side by side.

What we do

  • We read online providers’ public pages and record their published prices, the treatments they prescribe, their fees and their terms, with the date and the source.
  • We score every provider on the same five criteria, with published weights, against the other providers in its category.
  • We explain the treatments themselves using FDA labels, regulatory guidance and manufacturer pages, not marketing copy, and we say plainly which products are compounded and not FDA-approved.
  • We only list licensed telehealth providers that prescribe after a clinician consult, never research chemicals.

What we don’t do

We don’t prescribe, sell or ship medication, and we aren’t a medical provider. We don’t give medical advice. Every provider we feature uses licensed clinicians who decide whether a treatment is right for you.

How we’re funded

We’re paid by the providers we list: we earn a fee when you sign up through our links. Only providers that pay us appear in our rankings and reviews; our guides also name providers that don’t, so you can see the whole market. Scores and the order of each list come from our published rating method. Read our advertiser disclosure and editorial policy for exactly what that does and doesn’t affect.
