Eden sells NAD+ injections at $186 a month for a 500 mg vial on a 3-month plan ($196 month to month) and NAD+ nasal spray at $127 a month ($135 month to month), each after a lower first month. Sermorelin injections or under-the-tongue tablets start at $126 and glutathione at $95 for the first month, and methylene blue is $89 a month. A membership is required on top: $39 for the first month, then $99 a month, so NAD+ injections come to $285 a month.

  • Safety: Methylene blue carries a boxed warning for serotonin syndrome when taken with serotonergic drugs. Read before you start

More on longevity

Questions, answered

Is Eden legit?

Eden is LegitScript certified. Licensed providers review an online evaluation before prescribing, and state-licensed compounding pharmacies in its network fill the prescriptions; Eden doesn’t name them. It states that its NAD+ is compounded and not FDA-approved, and that the FDA doesn’t approve compounded medications or check their safety and quality before they reach patients.

How much does Eden NAD+ cost?

As of October 2026, NAD+ injections cost $186 a month for a 500 mg vial on a 3-month plan or $196 month to month, and $226 or $246 for a 1,000 mg vial, after a lower first month. NAD+ nasal spray is $127 a month on a 3-month plan or $135 month to month. Those prices are medication only: a membership is required on top, $39 for the first month and then $99 a month.

Does Eden take insurance?

No. Eden says you don’t need insurance, and you can use an HSA or FSA card for most visits and prescriptions.

What does Eden prescribe for longevity?

Eden offers NAD+ injections, NAD+ nasal spray, sermorelin, glutathione, methylene blue and vitamin B12 and lipotropic injections. A licensed clinician decides whether a treatment is right for you. Compounded products are not FDA-approved.

Can I cancel Eden?

Check the cancellation terms before you pay. If a provider decides treatment isn’t right for you and no prescription is issued, Eden refunds the $39 first membership fee.
