Our take

Strut Health suits someone who wants sermorelin at a low monthly price, including a needle-free form. As of October 2026 oral sermorelin is $99 a month for 30 lozenges and injectable sermorelin $119 a month for a monthly vial, both on auto-refill. It also sells NAD+ injections at $149 a month for a 500 mg vial. Physician consultations and free shipping are included, with no membership, and Strut doesn’t bill insurance.

Sermorelin was the active ingredient of an FDA-approved injection (Geref) that was discontinued for reasons other than safety, so a 503A pharmacy may compound it for an individual prescription. No approved sermorelin is on the market today, its use for aging is off-label, and Strut’s sermorelin and NAD+ are compounded and not FDA-approved. NAD+ is compounded under the FDA’s interim Category 1 policy, which is enforcement discretion, not approval, and can change.

Physicians review your online consultation and can treat by secure chat, phone or video, you can message a physician at any time, and follow-ups are free. Medication usually arrives within 2 business days. The supply length of each injectable vial isn’t published, and the pharmacy isn’t named. Orders refill automatically, and nothing is refunded once the pharmacy has processed an order. It ships to every state except Arkansas and is LegitScript certified.

Our score of 8.6 puts it in the top half of the longevity providers we compare, on price and access to a physician.
