In short

  1. Rugiet is operated by MSB Holdings; the BBB lists Rugiet Health in Austin, Texas, started in 2020. Two named pharmacies compound its medicines, and a board-certified physician reviews each request.
  2. Rugiet Ready is a compounded troche with 3 drugs: sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine. A pharmacy prepares it, it isn’t FDA-approved, and no published trial has tested the combination.
  3. Rugiet shows no price before the consult. Its own blog put Ready at about $7.29 a dose on a 90-day plan at the starting strength and about $11.69 at its 110 mg tier, prices it says it checked in June 2026.
  4. On Oct 27, 2026, Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 4.3 from 1,775 reviews (69% five-star, 11% one-star), and the BBB rated Rugiet Health A+ with 43 complaints filed in the last 3 years.
  5. A search of the FDA’s warning letter database on Oct 27, 2026 found no letter to Rugiet or MSB Holdings.
  6. Rugiet gives no refunds for lack of effect or side effects, and changes must be made at least 24 hours before an order is processed.

Rugiet reviews are mostly positive: on Oct 27, 2026, Trustpilot showed a TrustScore of 4.3 out of 5 from 1,775 reviews, and the Better Business Bureau rated Rugiet Health A+. Rugiet is a real telehealth business with licensed physicians and named pharmacies, but its best-known product, Rugiet Ready, is a compounded mix of three ED drugs that isn’t FDA-approved and hasn’t been tested as a combination in any published trial.

Here is what we could confirm on Rugiet’s own pages, the FDA’s site, LegitScript, Trustpilot and the BBB, with the date we read each one, and what the drug labels and studies say about the ingredients.

Who runs Rugiet

Rugiet’s terms (last updated Oct 5, 2026) say MSB Holdings owns and operates rugiet.com and describe it as a technology company, not a healthcare provider. The BBB lists the business as Rugiet Health, 310 Comal St, Austin, Texas, started on March 5, 2020, and Rugiet says Ready launched under its brand in 2020.

You answer a questionnaire, verify your identity, and a board-certified Rugiet physician reviews it, usually without a live call. Rugiet’s terms mention a live video visit when one is required. The terms name two pharmacies that fill its prescriptions:

  • The Pharmacy HUB LLC in Miami Gardens, Florida
  • Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama

The terms don’t name the medical groups the physicians belong to, and we didn’t find a list of states Rugiet can’t serve on its site or in its help center. Orders ship in 4 to 7 business days, and it doesn’t offer expedited shipping. Besides Ready, Rugiet sells treatments for premature ejaculation, testosterone, sleep, weight, hair and longevity.

Licensing, LegitScript and the FDA

Online prescribing is legal when a clinician licensed in your state reviews your health information and a licensed pharmacy fills the prescription, which is how Rugiet describes its service. Its site footer shows a “LegitScript Certified” badge that links to LegitScript’s lookup for rugiet.com; we checked it on Oct 27, 2026. The badge image is hosted on Rugiet’s own servers and LegitScript’s lookup sits behind a captcha, so confirm the current status at legitscript.com yourself.

We searched the FDA’s warning letter database for “Rugiet” and “MSB Holdings” on Oct 27, 2026 and found no letters. That is worth knowing because in September 2025 the FDA warned several telehealth sellers of compounded ED drugs, including BlueChew, about marketing that implied their products matched FDA-approved ones.

What is in Rugiet Ready

Rugiet Ready is a troche, a tablet that dissolves under the tongue in 5 to 10 minutes. Rugiet’s help center says it contains:

  • Sildenafil, the drug in Viagra, for blood flow
  • Tadalafil, the drug in Cialis, which lasts longer
  • Apomorphine, a dopamine drug Rugiet says primes the brain for arousal

Rugiet Ready is compounded: a pharmacy prepares it for your prescription, and the page itself says compounded drugs “are not approved by FDA and do not undergo review or verification by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.” It is not Viagra or Cialis and not a generic of either. Rugiet’s own blog describes a top strength with 110 mg of sildenafil and 22 mg of tadalafil. The Viagra label sets a maximum dose of 100 mg, and the Cialis label 20 mg for as-needed use. A troche isn’t absorbed like a swallowed tablet, so the numbers don’t line up exactly, but nobody has tested those amounts together under FDA review.

What the evidence shows

Each ingredient has evidence on its own. The combination doesn’t.

  • Sildenafil and tadalafil together. Both labels say combining them with other PDE5 inhibitors or ED treatments hasn’t been studied. The Viagra label adds that such combinations “may further lower blood pressure” and are not recommended.
  • Apomorphine. In the US the FDA has approved apomorphine for Parkinson’s disease, as the Apokyn injection, not for ED. A 2020 review of nine randomized trials of apomorphine under the tongue, at 2 to 6 mg for 4 to 8 weeks, found 6% to 27% more successful attempts at sex than placebo, and more men stopped because of side effects at higher doses. In a 2004 crossover trial, 34 men took apomorphine 3 mg and sildenafil 50 mg for 4 weeks each; 44% of attempts on apomorphine produced an erection firm enough for sex, against 85% on sildenafil.
  • The mix. A PubMed search on Oct 27, 2026 for sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine together found reviews of each drug, not a trial of a product combining them.

Rugiet’s page title calls Ready “3x stronger than generics.” Its onset and satisfaction figures come from internal surveys of its own customers, such as 114 patients in May 2025, not from controlled trials.

Side effects

Rugiet lists headache, flushing, stuffy nose, upset stomach, dizziness, drowsiness, muscle or back pain and mild vision changes as the most common side effects, and tells you to get help for priapism. The labels add these warnings:

  • Never take sildenafil or tadalafil with a nitrate, in any form, or riociguat: blood pressure can drop dangerously.
  • The Apokyn label warns of nausea and vomiting, fainting and low blood pressure, and says alcohol and blood pressure medicines can deepen the drop.
  • Apomorphine must never be combined with ondansetron or similar anti-nausea drugs, after reports of profound low blood pressure and loss of consciousness.
  • Apokyn can also cause painful, prolonged erections: 3 of 361 men in its trials reported them.
  • Get emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, or sudden vision or hearing loss.

What Rugiet costs

Rugiet shows no price on its product page before the consult. Its help center says the cost depends on the strength, the quantity and the membership plan you choose. The only figures on its own site are in a blog post comparing Ready with BlueChew GOLD (published Apr 7, 2026), which gives prices Rugiet says it checked at checkout in June 2026:

  • About $7.29 a dose at the starting strength on its 90-day plan
  • About $11.69 a dose at its 110 mg tier, at the best rate
  • $19.96 a dose at 110 mg on monthly billing, for 24 doses a month

Membership comes as a 30-day or 90-day subscription. Both include free shipping and waive the annual doctor consult fee, and the 90-day plan adds a discount. Rugiet says the price covers the first consult, the medication and unlimited follow-ups. In October 2026 it was offering “Buy 2 months of Ready, get 1 free.” Insurance doesn’t cover it, but Rugiet says it can write a letter of medical necessity for an HRA or FSA claim.

For comparison, FDA-approved generic sildenafil tablets cost $1.60 to $6.25 a dose at the online providers we checked in October 2026. Among providers we list, MyDrHank sells generic sildenafil from $25 a month and generic tadalafil from $30 a month, though it doesn’t state the strength or tablet count.

Rugiet reviews: Trustpilot and the BBB

We read both on Oct 27, 2026.

  • Trustpilot: TrustScore 4.3 out of 5 from 1,775 reviews, 892 of them in the last 12 months; 69% five-star, 10% four-star, 6% three-star, 4% two-star and 11% one-star. The profile is claimed, Rugiet had replied to 100% of negative reviews, and Trustpilot notes it was merged with other Rugiet profiles. Trustpilot says it doesn’t fact-check reviews.
  • BBB: A+ rating, accredited since Nov 26, 2025, with 43 complaints filed in the last 3 years and 20 customer reviews. The BBB says customer reviews aren’t used in its letter grade.

Rugiet’s own page shows 4.3 from 1,208 reviews of Ready. Ratings reflect ordering, delivery and how customers felt, not whether the compounded dose matches its label.

Refunds and cancelling

Rugiet doesn’t refund orders because a treatment didn’t work, because of side effects or because of the flavor. It will replace a damaged order if you contact it within one week of delivery, and it may refund or replace a pharmacy error at its discretion. Plan changes must be made at least 24 hours before an order is processed, and you cancel from the Member Portal. Like BlueChew, its terms send disputes to binding individual arbitration.

Other options

If you’d rather start with an FDA-approved tablet that has trial results behind it, generic sildenafil and tadalafil are sold online for a few dollars a dose. Our best online ED providers list compares providers on price per dose, care and terms, and the sildenafil and daily tadalafil lists rank them for one drug. For how the approved drugs compare, read sildenafil vs tadalafil.

The bottom line

Rugiet is a legitimate telehealth company: physicians review each request, it names its pharmacies, it shows a LegitScript badge, its reviews are good and we found no FDA warning letter. Rugiet Ready is a compounded, unapproved combination of three drugs whose mix hasn’t been tested in a published trial, and the Viagra label says combining sildenafil with another PDE5 inhibitor isn’t recommended. Ask the prescriber whether a single FDA-approved drug at a proper dose should come first.

Questions, answered

Is Rugiet legit?

Yes, as a business: board-certified physicians review your questionnaire, two named licensed pharmacies compound the medicine, its site shows a LegitScript badge and the BBB rates it A+. Rugiet Ready itself is compounded and not FDA-approved, and its three-drug mix hasn’t been tested in a published trial.

What do Rugiet reviews say?

On Oct 27, 2026, Trustpilot showed 4.3 out of 5 from 1,775 reviews, with 69% five-star and 11% one-star, and said Rugiet had replied to all negative reviews. The BBB rated Rugiet Health A+ with 43 complaints filed in the last 3 years. Rugiet’s own site shows 4.3 from 1,208 reviews of Ready.

How much does Rugiet cost?

Rugiet doesn’t publish prices before the consult; it says cost depends on strength, quantity and membership plan. Its own blog gave Ready at about $7.29 a dose on a 90-day plan at the starting strength and about $11.69 at its 110 mg tier, as of June 2026. The price includes the consult, medication and follow-ups.

Is Rugiet FDA-approved?

No. Rugiet Ready is compounded. It is not Viagra or Cialis and not a generic of either. A compounding pharmacy prepares it, and the FDA doesn’t review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Rugiet vs BlueChew: what’s the difference?

Rugiet Ready combines sildenafil, tadalafil and apomorphine; BlueChew GOLD adds oxytocin as a fourth drug. Both are compounded and not FDA-approved, and their starting prices were within a cent of each other. BlueChew received an FDA warning letter in September 2025; we found none for Rugiet.

Does insurance cover Rugiet?

No. Rugiet says Ready is compounded and not covered by medical insurance. It says it can provide a letter of medical necessity if you want to claim through an HRA or FSA.
