Measured review

Measured includes the membership and medication in one price on its compounded plans: semaglutide is $199 a month month to month or $119 on a 12-month plan billed annually, and tirzepatide $299 or $219, plus a lower-dose microdose plan at $99 a month ($79 on a current sale, regularly $99). Care is fully asynchronous, and for brand-name GLP-1s it runs a benefits check and files prior authorizations. It serves 26 states.

Our take

Measured suits people in its 26 states who are comfortable with care by questionnaire and messaging; there are no video visits. As of October 2026 its compounded plans include the membership and medication in one price: semaglutide from $119 a month and tirzepatide from $219. A microdose plan of lower weekly doses is $79 a month on a current sale, regularly $99. Shipping on cash-pay medication is free.

It also handles brand-name GLP-1s. Measured runs a benefits check and files prior authorizations on commercial plans, with a membership from $49 a month (its Zepbound and Wegovy pages show $99) plus the medication: the Wegovy pill $149 to $299 a month, Wegovy $349 a month after two $199 starter fills, and Zepbound $299 to $449 a month with refills within 45 days, all cash-pay. Insurance doesn’t cover the membership. Ozempic and Mounjaro need insurance; both are approved for type 2 diabetes, so using them for weight loss alone is off-label.

Care is asynchronous: a licensed US physician or nurse practitioner reviews your quiz and prescribes if appropriate, and follow-up runs through portal messaging. Optional dietitian sessions are offered, and labs are not routinely required. Measured shows only “from” prices and doesn’t publish how compounded prices change with dose. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not Wegovy or Zepbound and not generics of them; a compounding pharmacy prepares them, and they aren’t FDA-approved. The FDA labels for semaglutide and tirzepatide carry a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors.

Our score of 8.9 puts it near the top of the GLP-1 programs we compare, lifted by its range of options and low compounded prices. Measured shows a LegitScript certified badge.
